ABOUT KWIDI

KWIDI is the Santhal word for the Mahua seed. A single seed can sprout an entire ecosystem that bears gifts of food, medicine, and joy for all who inhabit its canopy.

We are in love with the diverse heritage of ancient relationships between communities and their environment. Much has been lost or forgotten. What still remains needs to be preserved and celebrated.
